The Citizen Engagement Laboratory (CEL) uses digital media and technology to organize issue and identity-based communities, with a focus on amplifying the voices of ethnic and racial minorities and young people. Our mission is to create a network of overlapping constituencies that serve as distribution channels for calls-to-action and key progressive messages.
