Program
Hosting hundreds of events each year, the David Brower Center will pulse with life. It will be a permanent gathering and work space for environmental health, justice, and advocacy, a major destination that helps our nonprofit field to thrive and succeed.
Currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2009, the Brower Center will bring people together to learn about and take responsibility for a healthy ecology and an equitable society. The 50,000 square foot Center includes nonprofit offices, a theater, gallery, restaurant, and event space. This will be a place that inspires collaboration – allowing formal meetings and unexpected connections – among activists, professionals, and the public.
