Green Schools Initiative
Green Schools Initiative works to transform the environmental health and sustainability of K-12 schools. We offer training, support, and advocacy to reduce the environmental footprint of schools through student-led actions that engage the whole school community. Through workshops, web seminars, individual school consultations, and our online information clearinghouse, we reach more than 1,000 educators with practical tools for eliminating toxics, using resources sustainably, creating green schoolyards and buildings, serving healthy food, and teaching environmental innovation and stewardship.
