Center for Safe Energy conducts programs to strengthen nonprofit organizations (NGOs) in the former Soviet Union; hosting delegations from environmental NGOs, sending technical delegations to the FSU for consultations and presentations, making small grants, and providing information on nuclear and other energy developments in the US.
