Directions

The Brower Center is just one block from BART. Take the Richmond-bound train to the Downtown Berkeley station. Walk one block south on Shattuck to Allston Way. Cross Shattuck and walk one block east on Allston. The Brower Center will be on your right before you reach Oxford.

There are multiple bus lines within blocks of the Brower Center. Visit AC Transit for information and schedules.

Garage Parking - There are many garages near the Brower Center, including Oxford Garage, just below the Center. Oxford Garage is located at 2161 Kittredge St. (One block south of the Brower Center between Shattuck and Oxford St.)

Street Parking - Street parking is available on all streets surrounding the Brower Center. Streets are metered until 6 p.m. daily. Sundays are free.

Location

The heart of Berkeley is the best possible location for the Brower Center. The Center will be across the street from the University of California, well served by public transit, and at the epicenter of an area that celebrates progressive thought and action.
